so first you click in the button on the right up corner then click "add news" type in the title, then pick your categories.   which you can see for yourself. first image and click on the thing that looks like a folder. click on the top button. and put your images. bescription is for the short words youd like to put such as "May the emperor protect" and I'm sure you can figure out the rest
